KCA DEUTAG Wins Two IADC Safety Awards
KCA DEUTAG won the platform drilling category of the Best Statistical Safety Performance during 2005 Award, against competition from three other companies. This award recognized the company with the lowest number of incidents per number of man hours throughout 2005. KCA DEUTAG also won a Merit Award for working six years without a reportable injury on the Beryl Bravo platform.
