McDermott Announces Executive Appointments
James R. Easter, formerly Vice President, Finance and Treasurer of the energy services company, was appointed Vice President - Corporate Development and Strategic Planning. In this newly created officer position, Easter will lead the company's growth initiatives and planning process. He joined McDermott in 2002 and has served as Treasurer since August of that year.
James C. Lewis was elected the company's Vice President and Treasurer. He previously served as Assistant Treasurer since July 2003, leading McDermott's corporate finance and recapitalization efforts.
Liane K. Hinrichs was elected Corporate Secretary of the Company. She also retains her responsibilities as Associate General Counsel, Corporate Compliance and Transactions. Hinrichs has served in McDermott's legal department since 1999.
John E. "Jay" Roueche, III was elected Vice President - Investor Relations & Corporate Communications. He has led McDermott's financial communication activities since September 2003.
"We are very pleased to welcome these leaders to new and expanded roles with McDermott," said Bruce W. Wilkinson, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer. "These new officer appointments reflect the personal accomplishments of these individuals and the progression of the company."
