ENSCO Declares Cash Dividend
ENSCO International Incorporated
ENSCO International Incorporated's (NYSE: ESV) Board of Directors declared a regular
quarterly cash dividend of $0.025 per share of ENSCO common stock. The
cash dividend will be paid on March 31, 2006, to stockholders of
record on March 15, 2006.
ENSCO, headquartered in Dallas, Texas, owns and operates a modern fleet of offshore drilling rigs servicing the petroleum industry on a global basis.
