CHC Appoints New Operations Director for Europe
CHC Helicopter has appointed of Nick Mair as new Operations Director for its European business.
Nick, previously Aberdeen-based leader of the company's Scotland business unit, succeeds Jide Adebayo, who has moved to another part of the CHC global organization.
Nick will continue to be based at Aberdeen, which is the headquarters for CHC's European operations and the company's largest base worldwide.
European Operations Managing Director Keith Mullett said:
"Nick has spent more than 20 years in the aviation industry, amassing extensive commercial and operational experience. He is a very welcome addition to our leadership team in Europe and I am confident he will make a key contribution as CHC looks to maintain and enhance its operational performance and underpin its position as the leading operator in its field."
Nick (39) joined CHC in 1999 after holding a series of executive and managerial posts in the sector. He fulfilled commercial manager and general manager roles with CHC before being appointed to the post of UK Client Manager in 2003 and Scotland business unit leader in 2004.
