Stallion Expands Solid Controls Capability with Pioneer Acquisition
Separation Services, Inc., a division of Stallion Oilfield Services Ltd. has acquired the business operations and assets of Pioneer RSC, LP, headquartered in Rayne, Louisiana. Pioneer is a provider of solids control services, which helps reduce the cost of drilling. Proper management of solids wastes and drilling fluids on rig locations reduces costs and environmental impact at the well site.
Craig Johnson, Stallion's CEO, commented, "We are excited to add the experienced Pioneer management team to our existing solids control business. This strategic acquisition expands our products and services reach geographically. We continue to enhance our ability to service our customers across the major basins of the lower 48."
