Antrim Tierra del Fuego Well Tests High Gas Rate

Antrim Energy Inc. ("Antrim") is pleased to report that Los Patos1003, the fourth well in Antrim’s multi-well drilling program in Tierra del Fuego, Argentina has tested approximately 9.5 million cubic feet per day with associated liquids at a flowing well head pressure of 1,100 psi. Further testing is required using larger capacity test equipment to determine expected long term flow rates. This equipment is currently on site completing testing of Los Flamencos 1001a.

A longer term multi-rate flow test at Los Patos 1002 has tested 72 mmcf over a 4.8 day period with eight flow rates up to 23.8 million standard cubic feet per day with associated liquids utilizing the larger capacity testing equipment. Wellhead flowing pressures were between 900 and 1,975 psi. Los Flamencos 1001a has tested at similar rates with wellhead flowing pressures between 1,250 and 2,175 psi.

Los Violetas 107, the fifth well in the drilling program, commenced drilling on February 11, 2006. This well should reach total depth by the end of February 2006. Antrim has a 25.78% working interest in three producing exploitation concessions in Tierra del Fuego, located on the southern tip of Argentina.
