Noble Corporation announced today that Bruce W. Busmire, the Company's Senior Vice President and CFO, will present at EnerCom's Oilservice Conference(TM) IV in San Francisco, California on Friday, February 17, 2006 at 8:25 a.m., pacific standard time.

Noble Corporation is a leading provider of diversified services for the oil and gas industry.
