Wood Group Wins Supply Chain Services Contract in Kazakhstan

Wood Group Engineering (North Sea), (WGENS), has been awarded a two-year, renewable Supply Chain Services Contract, by Karazhanbasmunai JSC ("KBM"), a subsidiary of Nations Energy Company Ltd, to provide a comprehensive range of supply chain management services to their exploration and production business in Aktau, Republic of Kazakhstan. With its international spread of oil and gas operations, Nations Energy is now able to access the breadth of Wood Group's services in support of its global businesses.

The contract, valued at approximately US $10 million, is the first of its type for WGENS in Kazakhstan, with procurement, contracts, inventory and logistics management being the primary contract services.
