Antrim Energy Flow Tests Los Flamencos Well in Argentina

Antrim Energy

Antrim Energy reports that the recently drilled and cased Los Flamencos-1001a well in Tierra del Fuego, Argentina has tested a flow rate of approximately 14.0 million cubic feet per day at a flowing well head pressure of 1,707 psi for 2 hours on a 16mm (5/8") choke. The flowing rates were too high for the on-site testing equipment to obtain an accurate measurement of the condensate. Wells in the area generally produce at least 50 barrels of liquid (both condensate and natural gas liquids) per million cubic feet of gas production. The initial pressure results would indicate that this well is a new pool discovery.

Drilling operations have started on the third well, Las Violetas-104, in Antrim's multi-well drilling program in Tierra del Fuego. This well should reach total depth prior to the end of January 2006. Workover operations on existing wells on the licenses continue to yield positive results. Antrim's working interest in the Tierra del Fuego licenses is 25.78%.
