Eidesvik Shipping Sells Platform Supply Vessels to NorSea Group AS

Eidesvik Offshore's subsidiary, Supplyinvest KS, has sold both its Platform Supply Vessels M/V Viking Dynamic and M/V Stril Myster to NorSea Group AS. The total price for both vessel is NOK 418.4 million The delivery will take place December 29, 2005. Eidesvik AS will continue as manager for MV Viking Dynamic.
Eidesvik Shipping AS owns 17.7% of the shares in the limited partnership, Supplyinvest KS and in addition 5% through its 50% ownership in the general partner, Suppyinvest AS.
Eidesvik AS has since delivery of Viking Dynamic in 2002 been operating the vessel as manager. The sale will not constitute any changes to the operation and manning of the vessel. Mokster Shipping AS is the manager for the sister-vessel M/V Stril Myster.
