Kuwait has resumed partial crude production at its northern fields. Production was stopped on January 31st due to an exploration at a processing facility. The fields involved normally produce about 600,000 barrels per day. Production is expected to increase to 100,000 barrels per day during the next few days. The first pipeline shipments are expected to begin on Thursday.
