Pakistan's OGDC to Drill 107 Wells Next Year

Oil and Gas Development Corporation (OGDC), exploring oil and gas during current fiscal year, will be drilling 57 wells, while 107 wells in the next fiscal year.
This was told by OGDC high officials during a briefing of the details of oil and gas exploration presented here to Prime Minister, Shaukat Aziz.
The prime minister directing OGDC to double its efforts asked them to speed up their works on Uch, Qadirpur and Sanjhero oil and gas reserves.
Shaukat Aziz stressed upon OGDC to go for latest technology for exploring oil and gas.
Federal Minister for petroleum and natural resources, Amanullah Jadoon and prime minister’s advisor for energy, Mukhtar Ahmad were also present on this occasion.
