Paradigm Makes Management Changes

Paradigm has appointed two industry veterans to its management team. These appointments are part of the company's strategy to further expand its leadership position in the upstream O&G market, following the recent appointment of John Gibson to the position of Executive Chairman of Paradigm's Board of Directors.

Mr. Jorge Machnizh assumes the role of Chief Operating Officer. Jorge has 26 years of experience in the upstream oil and gas industry, in various locations worldwide. Prior to joining Paradigm, Jorge was President of Image Systems Group, and COO of its parent company Input/Output Inc., a global geophysical company. In previous positions Jorge served as VP Operations of Halliburton-Landmark, as well as Regional General Manager for Schlumberger, in Latin America.

Mr. David Verdun assumes the position of Vice President R&D and Customer Support. David brings to Paradigm 25 years of technology management in the upstream oil and gas industry. Before joining Paradigm, David was Senior VP at GX Technology Corporation. Prior to this position, David served as Executive VP R&D at Landmark. David's previous experience also included executive positions in global services, product management and technology development in a number of different companies, including Advance Geophysical.

Mr. Machnizh and Mr. Verdun join Paradigm's leadership team under the direction of Mr. Eldad Weiss, CEO, and Mr. John Gibson, Executive Chairman.

John Gibson, Paradigm's Executive Chairman, said "Paradigm is at a significant point in its planned growth path, and we're very excited about the direction it is taking, as reflected by these two appointments. Jorge and David are both highly experienced and respected professionals with a thorough knowledge of the exploration and production market segment."

Mr. Gibson added, "Paradigm remains committed to the continued growth of both our services and solutions business lines, and we are confident in the consistent value that we offer our customers."
