Baker Energy Wins Contract on Agbami Project in Nigeria

Baker Energy has been awarded a contract from
Daewoo Shipping and Maritime Engineering (DSME) for the provision of
Operations Assurance Services for the Agbami Floating Production Storage and
Offloading (FPSO) Project in deepwater offshore Nigeria. Services that Baker
Energy will provide under the multi-million USD contract include: process
reliability modeling; workload analysis; the development of maintenance
management systems; preparation of operations, maintenance and training
documentation; and the delivery of training programs.
"We are pleased to participate on the Agbami Project with Daewoo, and we look forward to future opportunities between our two organizations," Richard W. Giffhorn, president of Baker Energy, said. "This award bolsters Baker's presence in Nigeria, where we have been operating for more than 35 years."
