Ness To Commence Drilling Operations in Israel

Ness Energy International Inc. announced that it had staked out a drilling location at its Masada Lease in Israel. The Company anticipates that it will drill to a depth of 17,000 to 18,000 feet and could drill as many as 30 wells.

"We believe that the Masada lease has enormous potential," said Dr. Marty Halpern, Ness Energy's Geophysicist. "In fact, we believe that it could generate 500 to 600 million barrels of oil from just thirty wells."

The lease is located in the middle of a Wadi, which is in the Dead Sea. Recently, the Dead Sea has receded, creating favorable drilling conditions.
