Touchstone Reaches Total Depth on Denman #1 Wel

Touchstone Resources has reached total drill depth of 5,582' M.D. on the Denman #1, the first well in its Maverick Basin project. Touchstone anticipates that testing will be completed in twenty days, after which facilities will be constructed and a pipeline will be completed. First sales are anticipated at the first of the year.

Touchstone has already identified its second drill location in the project, the Travis #641-1H, which will spud as soon as the move from the Denman #1 is completed. Touchstone anticipates that it will take approximately 15 days to drill the Travis #1, and an additional twenty days to complete the well. The initial production rate for the Denman and results of the Travis will be reported as soon as they are available. Wes Franklin, Executive Vice President of Touchstone, said "the drilling and completion of the Denman horizontal well was ahead of schedule, due to the close integration of the horizontal drilling program with the 3-D seismic data. As we gain more experience in the project, we expect our drilling program to become even more efficient."
