MSEV to Acquire More Prospects in Texas & Canada

Micron Enviro Systems is currently negotiating on additional oil and gas prospects in Texas and in Canada. The final due diligence on these prospects is expected to be completed within the next few weeks. Bernie McDougall, President of MSEV stated, "We are very close to securing further drill prospects on two separate prospects in Texas as well as being in early stages of negotiations on a prospect in Canada. Also we are still awaiting results from the three separate drill prospects in Texas. Considering that oil prices are back near all time highs, it would be great timing to be able to announce new prospects and possible new successful wells."

The operator of the Martex Prospect has recently notified MSEV that the Wimberley #7, on the Martex Prospect in Jack County and Palo Pinto County, Texas has now been successfully put on line for sales. This is the fifth producing well out of five on this prospect, with one well remaining to be drilled and one to be tested. These wells are expected to be finished within one month barring any unforeseen issues.

The testing of the Manahuilla Creek Prospect in Goliad County, Texas, is ongoing. Currently some partners are in Texas organizing a frac on the well. The frac is scheduled to occur within 30 days barring any unforeseen issues.

MSEV is an emerging oil and gas company that has both oil and gas producing properties. MSEV's goal is to become a mid-range oil and gas producer that focuses on the exploration, discovery and delivery of gas and oil to the North American marketplace. MSEV currently has sixteen independent sources of oil and/or gas revenue. MSEV's production is from nine oil wells in Canada, and seven wells producing oil and/or gas wells in Texas. MSEV is currently involved in four separate multi-well oil and gas prospects, and we continue to look for additional projects that would contribute to building our market capitalization.
