Siccar Point Energy Relocates to New HQ

North Sea exploration and production company Siccar Point Energy has relocated its staff to H1 at the Hill of Rubislaw in Aberdeen.

All employees from the firm’s previous accommodation at Berry Street, Aberdeen, and Buckingham Gate, London, have been moved to the new headquarters.

“Our team is pleased to confirm H1 as our new headquarters, a location which is perfect for our growing business,” David Sheach, general counsel at Siccar Point Energy, said in a company statement.

Mike Pegler, head of UK asset management at Kennedy Wilson Europe, stated that Aberdeen’s commercial property market is beginning to show signs of improvement.

“Generally, sentiment in the city has been more positive in the first quarter of 2017 versus 2016. Companies are currently planning for the future and looking to ensure their facilities are fit‐for‐purpose, which is why we continue to reposition the Hill of Rubislaw as one of Aberdeen’s leading business hubs,” Pegler said in a company statement.
