SDL Nobel Places 'Huge Importance' on Upskilling its Workforce
Oilfield services provider SDL Nobel has confirmed that it places ‘huge importance’ on the upskilling of its workforce, following the completion of a training course carried out by Mltech, a specialist pipework set-up and measurement software developer.
Earlier this year workshop personnel at SDL Nobel, one of the largest steel fabricators in Baku, Azerbaijan, received training for pipe spool measurement within the fabrication process over a five-day period.
“We were incredibly satisfied with the level of service provided by Mltech during the five-day training course. We place huge importance on the constant upskilling of our workforce and always seek quality training providers to support our efforts in this,” Andrew Townsley, operations director at SDL Nobel, said in a company statement.
“Working with Mltech has greatly enhanced our working relationships with clients as we’ve further demonstrated the company’s commitment to continually enhancing the quality of the fabrications we produce,” he added.
