Tri-Valley Pursues Additional Business Opportunities

Tri-Valley Corporation has retaining two new consultants to pursue expanding capital formation and additional project and business opportunities.

S. Craig Scott of Denver, Colorado, is the national sales director for what the Company expects to become an increasing network of broker-dealer firms to participate in funding Tri-Valley's large target exploration and production projects. Scott has over 20 years experience as a stockbroker, investor relations principal and broker-dealer programs coordinator. He will continue to operate out of Denver, Colorado, since the broker-dealer clientele is nationwide.

"As an American Stock Exchange listed company, Tri-Valley is eligible for broker-dealer and institutional investment consideration and we are furnishing independent analyst reports on the Company and its projects to help broker-dealer due diligence. They will appear on our website as well," said F. Lynn Blystone, president and chief executive officer.

Tri-Valley has also retained Larry Jones, Esq., a practicing attorney in Houston, Texas to perform due diligence on a number of substantial business and resource industry opportunities it is reviewing. Jones is a trained and experienced geologist and geophysicist and also has an MBA. He has temporarily relocated to the Company's Bakersfield, California headquarters.

"Our mission is to grow the value of our stock as rapidly as possible and we have a considerable inventory of business opportunities needing due diligence and capital to exploit. These two additions to our team should help accelerate growth for Tri-Valley shareholders and project partners," said Blystone.
