Hurry up with the Border Adjustment Tax. The tax will deter slimmy commodity traders from any OPEC purchases. The tax/fee is appropriate since it costs much less the produce OPEC oil. Inventories will go down and price will go up then jobs will boom in US. The tax needs to be $100 ppb so we use our oil (North America and SA) first and never need to buy OPEC oil again.
