Russia's Transneft Resumes Oil Loadings From Novorossiisk

MOSCOW, Sept 13 (Reuters) - Russia's oil pipeline monopoly Transneft said on Tuesday it had resumed oil loadings from the Black Sea port of Novorossiisk on Monday evening.

The loadings were suspended earlier on Monday due to strong wind.
