OOS Appoints Ng Pock Too as Deputy Chairman of its Asia Pacific Unit

OOS International BV, the Netherlands-based provider of marine assets and support services to the offshore oil and gas industry, announced Tuesday that the company has appointed Ng Pock Too as deputy chairman of OOS Asia-Pacific Private Ltd. from July 28.

Ng, who will also serve as a supervisory board member to OOS International B.V., will play an active role in establishing OOS brand name in Asia Pacific, primarily in the area of business development, partnerships, securing new revenues and strategic funding to enable OOS’s business strategy.

OOS provides offshore heavy lift and accommodation solutions, project and ship management, asset management, engineering and maintenance, and operations assistance. The firm currently operates 2 heavy lift accommodation semisubmersibles in Brazil and are building 2 new heavy lift semisubmersibles capable of 4,400 metric ton tandem lift and subsea lifting capabilities from China Merchant Heavy Industries, with deliveries planned for 2019 and 2020, respectively.
