Triple Energy Provides Update on Drilling at Yixin-1 Well in China
Australia's Triple Energy Ltd., a junior oil and gas exploration company, provided Tuesday the following update on the drilling activities on the Company's Aolong Joint Venture project in China's Heilongjiang province.
As of 10 am Oct. 26 the Yixin-1 well was at 2,680 feet or 817 meters (measured depth) and was drilling ahead to the next major seam (#11).
During the week core samples were taken for additional seams encountered (M8-2 and M9-1) and following wireline logging, drill stem tests (DSTs) were performed for seams M8-1 (the first seam encountered), M8-2 and M9-1 altogether.
