Exillon Energy Reduces Production YOY

Exillon Energy revealed Monday that its total average daily production in August 2015 had decreased when compared to the same period last year.

The company produced 15,926 barrels per day from its Timan-Pechora (Exillon TP) and West Siberia (Exillon WS) assets last month, compared to 16,927 barrels in August 2014. Peak daily production also decreased year-on-year, from 17,466 barrels per day in August last year to 16,213 barrels per day in August 2015. Average daily production for Exillon TP and Exillon WS in August 2015 was 3,622 bpd and 12,110 bpd, respectively, compared to 3,678 bpd and 13,249 bpd in August 2014.

Exillon’s latest production figures marked a slight increase from July 2015, when the company’s total average daily production was 15,732 barrels. Peak daily production during this period was 16,331 bpd. On August 28, 2015, Exillon announced that its operating profit for the six months ended June 30, 2015 was $15.8 million, which was almost 50 percent less than the operating profit of $29.6 million recorded during the same period in 2014.
