Micyln Express Offshore Appoints Venkatraman Sheshashayee as CEO
Singapore-based service vessels provider Miclyn Express Offshore Limited announced Monday that with effect from July 1, Diederik de Boer will retire as CEO of the Group and that Venkatraman Sheshashayee will succeed him on the same day.
Diederik will continue his role as an executive director of the Company until Oct. 1 and thereafter will remain as part of the Board of Directors as a non-executive director.
The Board would like to express its gratitude to Diederik for his contribution towards the development and operation of the Group.
Sheshashayee, in his new capacity as CEO, will also be joining the Board of the Company as an Executive Director with effect from June 22.
