Board Change at Seadrill
Oilfield services firm Seadrill announced Monday that one of its directors, Carl Erik Steen, has resigned from its board with immediate effect and has beeb replaced by Ørjan Svanevik.
Svanevik is an employee of Seatankers Group. He was previously managing director for investment advisory firm Oavik Capital and previous to this he was head of mergers and acquisitions at Aker ASA and chief operating officer at Kvaerner ASA. He started his career at Schlumberger.
Seadrill did not give a reason for Steen's resignation.
