Poland's PGNiG Says Natural Gas Production Rose 4% Year-on-Year In 2Q
WARSAW, July 17 (Reuters) – Polish state-controlled energy firm PGNiG extracted 1.13 billion cubic metres of natural gas in the second quarter of 2014, a rise of 3.7 percent compared to the same period a year ago, the company said in a statement on Thursday.
PGNiG added that its extraction of crude oil rose by 33 percent to 310,000 tonnes over the same period.
