Micron Enviro Systems Rejects Buy-Out Offer

The Board of Directors of Micron Enviro Systems has rejected the buy-out offer it had received from Lexus Gas Corporation. Bernie McDougall, president of MSEV stated, "The board feels that it is in the shareholders' best interest to reject this bid due to the belief that the property has the potential to return more revenue in the future than the value of the buy-out offer. Given that the price of oil is now over $40 per barrel, the highest level since 1990, the board feels that it makes more sense to continue to grow the company with the development and discovery of new oil and gas sources. We currently have two separate projects in Texas underway which we are expecting results from shortly. This is a very exciting time for MSEV and MSEV shareholders."
