Rockhopper CFO to Step Down Soon
Falkland Islands-focused Rockhopper Exploration confirmed Monday that its finance director, Peter Dixon-Clarke, plans to step down from his position in early 2014. The company added that it is well advanced in making an appointment of a successor.
Rockhopper said it would make a further announcement regarding Dixon-Clarke's successor once the details of his departure have been formally agreed, while it is anticipated that Dixon Clarke will remain as a consultant to the company for an interim period while his replacement is appointed.
Rockhopper also said that it expects to add a further non-executive appointment to its recent appointment of Keith Lough as a non-executive director and chair of the company’s audit committee.
