Unfortunately, this is a terrible idea, and US political pressure should be brought to bear that no western companies be allowed within ten miles of ANY participation. The Iranian government has turned South Pars development over to the Quds revolutionary force for development, and that means terrorism will, if development financing is found, have a near-endless source of funds. Further, political pressure should also be brought to bear on the Qataris to drop ANY further progression of this project.
