United Bolero Spuds Well in Montana

United Bolero Development Corp. has begun operations on the Wagonbox property in Musselshel county, Montana. Two wells are currently planned. United Bolero is drilling these wells in agreement with Big Snowy Resources. The Wagonbox property covers approximately 2,500 acres, with the targeted depth being 3,000 feet into the prolific Tyler formation. United Bolero will earn a 50-per-cent working interest in each of the two wells by spending $100,000 (U.S.) per well on drilling costs.

At the Smokey Gap project located in Wyoming, USA, the operators have decided to let hole number three "settle" as the rigs have moved over to Montana. The well will be re-visited and evaluated upon completion of hole number one in Montana.
