KS Energy Changes Top Management at Subsidiary KS Drilling

Singapore-listed KS Energy Limited reported Friday that its Board of Directors has announced changes to the Key Management of KS Drilling Pte. Ltd. (KS Drilling), an 80 percent owned subsidiary of the Company. KS Drilling and its subsidiaries (the KS Drilling Group) is the drilling services arm of the Company. The KS Drilling Group owns and/or operates a fleet of drilling and accommodation jackups and land rigs for some of the world’s largest oil and gas companies.

The Company appoints Dr. Adam Paul Brunet as Deputy Chairman of the KS Drilling Group effective Sept. 1. Dr. Brunet was previously the CEO of the KS Drilling Group. In his new role, Dr. Brunet will focus on strategic investments of the KS Drilling Group.

Concurrently, the Company promotes Jumeidi Dirwan Alexander as CEO of the KS Drilling Group effective Sept. 1. Alexander was previously chief operating officer of the KS Drilling Group.

The Board of Directors is confident that Dr. Brunet and Alexander will leverage on their wealth of experience in the drilling industry to grow the Company’s drilling services business.
