Searcher Inks Deal to Sell Fugro's Asia Pacific Seismic Data
Australia-based Searcher Seismic Pty Ltd (Searcher) announced Friday a commercial agreement to market and license specific datasets in the Asia Pacific region from Fugro's 2D and 3D multi-client library. The agreement relates to data previously created via Searcher and Dutch-based service provider Fugro joint ventures.
The agreement covers more than 62,137 miles (100,000 kilometers) of 2D and 14,672 square miles (38,000 square kilometers) of reprocessed 3D seismic data.
The agreement provides Searcher with a solid foundation for further growth and also provides commanding data coverage in a number of core regions.
This agreement is effective immediately.
