Delta SubSea, FMC Schilling Robotics Pen Framework Agreement

Delta SubSea announced Wednesday that it has entered into a multi-year framework agreement with FMC Schilling Robotics. As part of the framework agreement, Schilling will provide Delta with a fleet of state-of-the-art HDTM and UHDTM ROV systems over the next several years.

Delta's partnership with Schilling reflects its goal of partnering with industry-leading companies within the offshore oil and gas sector. Delta decided to partner with Schilling because of the HDTM and UHDTM's ease-of-use and reliability, and because of Schilling's commitment to research and development. Over the next several years, Schilling will support Delta's growth into ROV services with a training simulator, services, and support. Delta's fleet of HDTM and UHDTM ROV systems will be focused on ROV solutions for customers in the construction, inspection, repair and maintenance, drilling and decommissioning market segments.

"We at Delta are very excited to partner with Schilling Robotics. After getting to know the Schilling team and spending time at its world class facility, it was apparent that Schilling shared our philosophy of being best-in-class. We look forward to a strong partnership going forward as we build out Delta SubSea's product offerings," Scott Dingman said.
