Sonoran Energy Begins Trading on Berlin Stock Exchange

Sonoran Energy has commenced trading on the Berlin Stock Exchange under the trading symbol OY3 and the German securities code (WKN) 925779.
"This expanded trading improves the ability of German and other European investors to buy and sell Sonoran Energy shares in Euros, making transactions easier and less expensive," says Peter Ostenfeld-Rosenthal, CEO of Sonoran Energy, Inc. "The Berlin Stock Exchange will make obtaining shares less problematic for European stockholders and will help improve liquidity in our common stock."
No new shares have been issued as part of these free listings and the improved visibility for Sonoran Energy and improved liquidity for Sonoran Energy shareholders could produce an improvement in shareholder value as the Company continues its rapid growth in 2004.
