TDC Energy Acquires Gulf of Mexico Acreage

TDC Energy was the apparent high bidder of East Cameron 200 at the Central Gulf of Mexico Federal Lease Sale 190 held March 17, 2004, in New Orleans, Louisiana. East Cameron 200 is located adjacent to the TDC's operated Vermillion 221 Field. According to TDC's President, Dave Gibbs, "We are excited by the addition of East Cameron Block 200. The block contains multiple targets that will provide TDC with additional potential in an area where we can utilize our existing infrastructure to cut development costs and timing."
TDC Energy LLC specializes in acquisition and re-development of mature assets and development of new projects requiring low cost, creative development techniques, primarily on the Gulf of Mexico Shelf. The company is actively seeking acquisitions and projects ranging up to $50 Million.
TDC is a privately held exploration and production company with offices in New Orleans and Houston. Since 1991, TDC has operated 36 projects in the Gulf of Mexico and currently holds interests in 17 blocks, of which we operate 14 blocks from Matagorda Island to Chandeleur Sound. TDC holds all required permits, licenses, bonds, and insurance policies to operate efficiently in the Federal OCS.
