Schlumberger Posts Quarterly Dividend

The Board of Directors of Schlumberger Limited declared a quarterly dividend of $0.275 per share of outstanding common stock. The dividend is payable on July 13, 2012 to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 1, 2012.
