ITS Inks Deal with Landmark for Software & Services

Landmark Graphics has signed a five-year technology agreement with Integrated Trade Systems Inc. (ITS), an agreement that will benefit PEMEX, Mexico's National Oil & Gas Company. The agreement includes a broad range of Landmark's prospect generation and field development software that will support the exploration and development activities of PEMEX. A key component of this agreement is the provision of broad Landmark service support, to ensure that PEMEX E&P specialists are able to extract maximum value from this technology investment.

"We are very pleased with the confidence that ITS has shown through this award in Landmark's ability to deliver value and service quality," said John Gibson, president and CEO, Halliburton Energy Services. "This Landmark agreement expands upon the 50-year strong relationship that Halliburton has developed with PEMEX and we are proud to continue this great partnership.

"This contract expands upon a valuable relationship that combines PEMEX's expertise in finding and producing oil and gas with Landmark's industry-leading integrated software and consulting services," said Andy Lane, president, Landmark. "This agreement further enhances our relationship and lays a common foundation for Landmark to provide its leading-edge software technology to meet PEMEX's long-term exploration and production needs."

ITS, wholly owned by Petruleos Mexicanos (PEMEX), and incorporated in 1994 in the state of Delaware, provides integrated international procurement services to the five entities of PEMEX in Mexico.
