GL Noble Denton Names Dave to Lead Hazard, Risk Management Practice
GL Noble Denton has appointed Mukundray Davé to lead the company's hazard and risk management practice in the Americas.
An industry thought leader in technical safety, Mukundray has nearly two decades' experience of risk management operations in the oil and gas sector, and chemical and petrochemical processing.
Mukundray will be responsible for developing the capabilities of GL Noble Denton's renowned Hazard and Risk practice in the Americas, advising some of the industry's best known operators on the safe and efficient operations of on- and offshore oil and gas assets. Areas of particular focus will include the development of GL Noble Denton's fire risk analysis, quantified risk analysis services, process hazard analysis, engineering due diligence studies, and SIL classification and verification for oil and gas projects.
Commenting on Mukundray's appointment, GL Noble Denton's President for the Americas, Chris Harding, said, "The oil and gas industry's approach to safety and risk mitigation has been brought into sharp focus since last year's incident in the Gulf of Mexico, and Mukundray's work will be crucial in demonstrating how GL Noble Denton is able to help our industry leaders meet and exceed best practice in mitigating such risks."
Mukundray holds a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the Dharmsinh Desai Institute of Technology at the Gujarat University, Nadiad, India.
