Exxon Makes Gulf Coast Services Deal with Worley
Exxon Mobil Global Services Co. has entered into an enabling agreement with Worley.

Worley reported Wednesday that it has made an enabling agreement with Exxon Mobil Global Services Co.

According to Australia-based Worley, the agreement allows ExxonMobil companies to contract with Worley to continue providing services to ExxonMobil’s refining and chemicals operations sites in Texas and Louisiana.

Worley noted that it provides services for general mechanical, small-cap construction, maintenance and turnarounds support at four locations in Texas and Louisiana. In addition, the firm stated that it provides packing, shipping and rail car loading and unloading services at two additional sites in the neighboring Gulf Coast states.

“We are pleased that ExxonMobil has chosen to enter into this agreement that will enable them to engage our continued support for their refining and chemicals operations in the United States,” Worley CEO Andrew Wood said in a written statement.
