Energy North Sea Ltd Company News

Ithaca Energy Inc., a Canadian independent oil and gas company with exploration and development assets in the UK North Sea, said that the United Kingdom's Secretary of State for Trade and Industry has awarded the Company seven North Sea Blocks.

Shell is selling its non-operated interests in the Montrose, Arbroath and Arkwright fields to Energy North Sea Ltd for an undisclosed cash consideration.
