Carousel, 500 Te SWL, can be lifted with 500 Te pay load x 17 m diameter x 480 m3, suitable for offshore cable laying work, installation of Cables, Umbilicals, Flowlines. Short mobilization time.
The carrousel is designed as a ”heavy duty” structure, capable for lifting also when fully loaded by 380 Te cable, umbilical or flowline. Operation of carrousel is by use of electrical motors, supplied with an air cushion system between base plate and compartment, making a non-friction rotation. A demountable tower with spooling arm and a separate storage container is part of the package.
The carousel unit is suitable for transport and storage onboard ships or barges fully loaded with product.
The unit has been made for short mobilization- and installation time.
The carousel unit is designed for offshore installation of Cables, Umbilicals and Flowlines within specific limitations.
Carousels design and manufacture is certified or verified according to DNV-GL classifications.

Ideco Model E3000 Drawworks, rated from 3000 HP up to 4000 HP, current set up single drum 3000 HP with 3 each GE752 Motors, 7838 Brake. Furnished with Lidan remote controlled brake operation and control system.
The drawworks was completely refurbished in 2007. Complete workshop report and data book is available on request. The drawworks were used for a few years and then removed from the rig in operational condition.
