The Transfer Pumps Package is enclosed inside 20 Ft container and consists of the following components:
1. Three (3) MCM 250 Series Pumps driven by explosion proof electric motors
2. Three (3) Sprecher and Schuh Starters.
3. Discharge Manifold with 6” SCH 40 Piping with 4” 602 connections
4. Three (3) PSVs, one for each pump.
5. 20 ft Container with lighting and wiring Class 1 Division 1.
6. Junction Box (Control Box) for lighting and low voltage accessories.
7. Six (6) HP Hoses 4”
• Container doors are built to make operation easy.
• Inlet and Discharge manifolds are configured to allow the option to use each pump separately.
• Valves and pipes are in compliance with NACE MR 01-75
• All Starters are placed in a NEMA 7 Explosion Proof enclosure.
