BOP ACCUMULATOR SKID MOUNTED

SPECIFICATIONS
6 Station BOP Remote Closing Unit
• Hydraulic System consists of the following:
o 60 gallon reservoir
o Sprague air powered hydraulic pump
o Six 10 gallon accumulators pre-charged to 1,000 PSI
? Each Station has a rotary shear valve for opening & closing
o The hose bundles are all #6 hydraulic hoses
? 100’ long contained in Velcro wrap
? All hoses are fire resistant
? All hose ends are equipped with quick disconnect ends
• Hydrostatic Test Unit
o Sprague over air powered water pump
? Water is pumped thru the autoclave tubing to a 2” 1502 Tee
o Pressure testing capable up to 16,000 PSI
? Chart recorder to capture test results
The BOP Accumulator Skid is totally air powered, skid mounted with a 4 point lifting frame and forklift pockets.
