Compensated Tension Lift Frame

Equipment Description

The Compensated Tension Lift Frame (CTLF) is for use during subsea well completions, well testing and well interventions during "locked-to-bottom" operations. The CTLF provides a tension link supporting the landing string / riser in tension beneath the rig's top drive, passive heave compensation during "locked-to-bottom" operations (either as the primary compensator or as back-up to the rig's drill string compensator and a PCE operating window to rig-up intervention pressure control equipment and provide safe access for operating personnel.

- Riser Over / Under Tension Protection: Over tension bypass dump valve - 220 bar set point
Under tension bypass check valve - 15 bar crack pressure
