The first transformer has a negative 7.5° phase shift, while the second transformer has a positive 7.5° phase shift
In applications where multiple transformers feed rectifiers, such phase shifts are used to cancel out harmonics, improving power quality.
These two transformers could be used together to provide a 24-pulse rectifier system, further reducing harmonic distortion.
