The Moon Pool Door (MPD) is a welded-up steel structure designed for the following load scenarios:
- Hang-off load at center : 450 metric tons
- Skidded load along beams : 150 metric tons
- Evenly distr. load on grating / Wing Hatches : 2.500 kg/m²
