Refurbishment process includes:
- Complete Disassembly
- Sandblast all Components (Protecting Machined Surfaces)
- Mag-Particle Inspection of all Components
- Dimensional/Condition Inspection of all Components
- Reassembly with new Diaphragm, Diaphragm Stabilizer, Stabilizer Plate, Pressure gauge and Hardware
- Pressure-Test to 1.5X Rated Capacity Included
