We provide CUSTOM BUILT Crude Oil Refineries new and refurbished rebuilt as new ( we do not deal in old built refinery due to legal liability issues do not ask for old or shut down refinery please ) Our refineries are complete turnkey installed at new buyers locations these are ranging from 30,000 BPD to 1,000,000 BPD.

These oil refineries are customized to buyer's feedstock which could be from API-12 to API-44 gravity and these could be included with blending units for heavy crude oil feedstock to achieve maximum output of refined fuels such as Diesel EN590, Gasoline Hi Octane, Kerosene, Jetfuel, Fuel Marine Oil, and byproducts such as LPG, Carbon Black, Asphalt, even electric power generation plant could be included in the pkg.

We request serious financially strong and proven cash ready buyer to submit LOI by email with proof of funds for serious consideration. We can arrange through our financial sources up to 90% financing against acceptable bank guarantee SBLC with minimum 10% cash of total contract value paid in by the buyer OR buyer can simply pay 100% for the entire contract and have their own financing arranged.
